Private Lessons
I currently have openings for private and group lessons, both in-person and online. I teach students ages 3+ and at all levels. Please contact me to schedule a trial lesson to see if we would make a good fit!
The Musical Storytelling Project
The Musical Storytelling Project is a program that introduces children from the ages of 3 to 10 to classical musical instruments. The overall goal of the MSP is to provide children with the tools to be active listeners while encouraging curiosity and creativity. The MSP implements music with stories that children are familiar with while channeling young creativity by engaging directly with sound and narration. During the program, children will have the chance to create their own stories together and explore various sound effects on the instruments. At the end of the program, children will have the opportunity to interact and play with the instruments during the instrument “petting zoo” segment.
Recordings
I have several years of experience working as a recording cellist (especially during my time at Oberlin with the NaxosDirect label). I have extensive experience recording classical, contemporary, and pop music.
Weddings & Gigs
I am available for weddings and other performance gigs in the Lower Mainland area. I am very flexible on the type of musical genre you want and am always open to learning and performing new music!
